MONDAY
Monday feels like a LIFETIME ago, but to my best recollection, it was grey and grim and a day where I didn’t leave the house, except to throw a coat over the above to grab my little from childcare. I filmed a review of everything I own from DONNI for Friday’s Weekly Wishlist post and naturally ended up sticking with one of the outfits I tried on for that. It’s a matching set, so I’ve worn this *exact* look before, and it ticks all my boxes: classic, thanks to the shirt, undone, because of the slightly oversized vibe and polished, once I add my gold jewellery signatures in. TUESDAY
I was in London on Tuesday for meetings and my bi-yearly hair appointment with Roxy from The Hair Bros. I had to get a pre-7 am train, so I was extremely grateful to my new favourite skin tint* for making me look somewhat awake (I use the shade 4). In terms of my outfit, I kept it simple and balanced the look using two more elevated pieces, with two more chilled pieces;
Elevated - a tailored blazer coat and square-toe heeled boots.
Chilled - a grey cashmere crew-neck jumper and a pair of washed-black straight-leg jeans.
…paired with my go-to gold earrings* and bag that added a bit of texture and warmth, I felt pulled together but practical.
