MONDAY

Earrings* / navy jumper* / black jumper* / trench* (similar*) / jeans* / boots (similar*)

Apologies for the odd photo here, but I can’t find the original on my phone, so I had to export the selfie out of Indyx and just pop a background behind it on good ol’ Canva. I always like to deliver you the real deal here, so there you have it! The weather was grim on Monday, so I reached for my trench for the third day in a row - if ain’t broke, don’t fix it! We had some small child admin to do, so I needed to be a little more on the casual end of the polished scale, and when that’s the case - trench + knitted jumper + straight-leg jeans + leather lace-up boots - feels like the right uniform for me. I finessed it a little with an extra jumper around the shoulders as it was chilly and threw on my usual chunky earrings.

TUESDAY

Coat* (ad - gifted) / vintage jumper (similar*) / jeans* / shoes* (similar*) / bag* (ad - gifted)

On Tuesday, I headed to London for a bunch of meetings. Thankfully, the weather had cheered up, so I could wear fun things like pony hair flats and a coat that *almost* dragged along the floor. I loved this outfit! I felt like it balanced out my three words well;

  • Classic - I tend to channel this word the most in my base outfit, so here it was the jumper and jeans.

  • Polished - I mean, look at that coat! If that doesn’t give polish, then I don’t know what does! I feel like the shape of the shoes nudge it in that direction, too.

  • Undone - the woven texture of the bag always feels very undone to me, and I left my hair loose and unstyled.

Berenjak is WONDERFUL (if you’re looking for the Brighton version, it reminded me a lot of Shandiz.
