Anna welcome to the gray sweatshirt club! I own 7 and they all do different things and yes I know that’s a lot and no I will not be taking further questions at this time 🤣
Tiny point that I seem to have raised with several people already (!) — when, exactly, did a sweatshirt become a (jersey) jumper?!! ENTIRELY different beasts!
Ha! — I did sound very judgmental and prescriptive, didn’t I?! 😄.
Sweatshirts and jumpers can be pretty interchangeable in style, but a sweatshirt is a woven (usually mostly cotton) fabric that is cut and sewn whilst a jumper is knitted (and can be made from many different animal or man-made yarns) in panels or pieces and then sewn together.
I love this thread of dressing for real life that’s coming through this month - that’s the kind of outfit that can be tricky to nail but changes the game when you do. Thanks for sharing 💛
Thank you for sharing all your observations! I feel like I've learnt so many things from that single article. Especially the white denim that truly click resonated – it's the same for me, I never wear white bottoms in winter and maybe it's not the color but the fit that keeps me from doing so. I'll definitely sit down with my wardrobe again now.
Thank you for the inspiring month, I learned a lot from your sessions! I am currently struggling with a mix of problem pieces or even “good enough” pieces, and I really need to rally my energy and move some on like you did!
Love your note on the apiece apart burg cords - having to style around something, or try to make it work, can sometimes signal it’s not worth it and that’s such a clarity moment! And I love how your new white jeans add such a different vibe to your winter outfits ❤️so many great learnings Anna!

This is the definition I needed! Thank you Sally!
The 'styling something new straight away' in at least 3 ways is the key for a cohesive wardrobe, it's so simple but so effective!
HARD agree!!!
Being ruthless with returns is so hard in the moment, but is truly one of the best things you can do for your wardrobe!!
Comfortable shoes and being warm are at the top of my list, too! Loved this Anna ❤️

The 3 outfits rule is GOLD! Although I do remember seeing it around already in the early 2010s.
What brand and make are the white jeans? I need white jeans and those look perfect!
