Ok come to NYC and bring your kid!! It's not *that* bad and so worth it. Stay in Brooklyn and I'll give you the fun kid things to do and all the good neighborhood cinnamon bun recs.
Anna, I parted ways with my gel manicure as well. I ended up buying the Green Flash system from Manicurist. It stays on much like gel, dries quickly but doesn't tear up my nails like the salon gel did. I really love it. Plus it's made growing my battered nails out very easy!
16 years doing the same recap is absolutely BONKERS. We all envy your consistency, Anna. Also we have the very same millennial heart. I've never (knowingly) met a fellow fan of The Kooks, though I suspect that might just be a US/UK thing. It's Konk for me, personally.
We All Want Impossible Things is maybe the best book I have ever read - I’m so glad someone else understands!! I always love your roundups. On your recommendation I went to Consistency Project in NYC and bought two pairs of jeans and I fly to London tomorrow and can’t wait to hunt down some of your other recs. Happy New Year!
Wanted to drop by and say a huge well done on this post: I know how much time this must have taken and the care that went into the commentary is evident. WAY TO GO!
This is totally unrelated to the post itself, but as I was reading the sentence where you mention your age, I thought to myself ‘surely not?!’ I remember watching your vlogs as a revision break from my A Levels when I was 17/18 (sad, I know) and I’m 30 next year 🥹🥹 I also remember reading your book the day it came out on holiday in Tenerife. Where do the years go?! Your writing style has never changed. ❤️
When the Kindle first came out I couldn't believe anyone would use that over a book. Now I've had mine for a decade plus and love the portability and backlight, although I still enjoy a physical book. Great roundup Anna!
Completely agree of Ffern! I wasn’t sure of the concept but I really love it. Surprised the westman bronzer didn’t make the cut which means it must be a very very good sign for what did get included!
Hi there, I'm newbie here, just started last week. Would be really nice to connect with other writers, wanna come check my work? I talk mainly about healthy hair and self care.
> I have never been so utterly bored with my skincare, but my skin has never looked so good. Do with that information what you will.
We are always doing waaay too much with our skin, this is the way 🙌🏼

It's ON! x
I’ll meet you both there! My kids are begging to go.
Please!

This comment has made my day!!! x
This was truly a head to toe round up, what a treat!
Ffern has also been one of my favorites this year! I actually love the Winter 26 more than the Autumn!

Anna- you’d fit in beautifully here in So Cal with your incredible love of good ol Havaianas!
