The Style Edit: The Secondhand Search Term For The Best Suede Jackets
Plus pink, prints and my current spring moodboard.
I’ll keep this intro short and sweet because you just want to crack on with the good stuff, and I fancy making cheat’s sushi for lunch. But this week’s Style Edit feels pretty stacked. There’s all my usual shopping picks up top, then, for paid subs, I dive into my sick-bed reading list, the outfits I’ve screengrabbed recently, and the number-one search term that ALWAYS brings up the best suede jackets for £50. Plus how I’m styling my recent Armani-esque find…
A very CBK-coded tee* that feels like a more refined version of a baby tee. Perfect if you’re looking for an office-appropriate T-shirt, but equally chic with your vintage Levi’s at the weekend. Throw on a pair of leopard print flats, and you’re DONE.

Although speaking of Still Here, their spring drop* has arrived and looks SO bloomin’ effortless as always:
Painter Jeans in Milk* - a reminder that sometimes all you need are some distressed white jeans, a black tee and a good pair of loafers.
Nylon Trench in Pink* - it’s available in stone and black, but bizarrely, there’s something about the pink that’s speaking to me.
Sport Jeans in Burnt Orange* - I’ve never been able to get the sizing right with these, but one day I will own a pair!!!
Cool Jeans in Pink* - again with the pink! If pink is a colour you vibe with, pairing it with a dusty grey for spring feels fresh.

We’re on the precipice of ‘flip-flops every day’ season, so allow me to point you in the direction of the A.Emery Kinto Flats*, which you’ll see on every darn newsletter you read for the next five months, as they are universally agreed on as the comfiest, chicest option. Just a heads-up that I found a tan pair and a cobalt blue pair at half price*.

We’re in a top drought - we all know this - but Harris Tapper* has some pretty good options. I’d happily wear all of these with jeans and a pointed slingback for an evening out (from L-R):

I’m just into this whole outfit, to be honest. THIS is my kind of pattern mixing. I’d personally size up in the shirt* to make it a little more oversized, and I love the idea of just pairing the bandeau-print shorts* with a black baby tee and loafers or flip-flops for a summer look.

I am down HARD for the Fireside Pilates x Next Season Sporty Top. It’s handmade in Brooklyn, using deadstock merino wool, and you’re even able to customise your colours. It’s sadly not available for shipping to the U.K., so I’m going to have to live this one vicariously through you, but I loved this newsletter on the BTS of the design.
