I will say I have tried a bunch of melatonin gummies and the lemme ones are the ONLY ones that do not give me a weird anxious / restless leg feeling! Highly recommend!
Packing some kind of home comfort is my favorite - I always pack a pair of thick, woolen socks that I wear almost every evening (or in the morning, too, if the floors are cold) to feel cozy :)
